Rediscover Historic Downtown Spanish Fork

Over several years, city officials, business owners, professional planners, and area residents have been working on plans to rediscover historic Spanish Fork downtown-promoting business, heritage, and community.

In May of 2015, a Community Planning Assistance Team (CPAT) visited our historic Main Street (400 N. to Center Street).  Over the course of five days, the group worked with hundreds of residents, merchants, property owners, local organizations, and city leaders to help shape an achievable strategy for a vibrant, active, and sustainable downtown.

One of CPAT's guiding principles is to make Historic Downtown a welcoming place where people want to spend their time whether its by shopping, eating, or visiting friends and neighbors.

The results of CPAT's visit lead to twelve action oriented strategies for a reinvigorated downtown. dtonmain.com was created as part of the recommended strategies.

dtonmain.com is an online brochure and walking map that includes a directory of business on historic main, special upcoming events, current deals and discounts, and fun facts and history of the area.

Revitalizing our Historic Main Street helps keep our community unique. Where we shop, eat, and have fun makes our community home.
